How We Started — Where We Are Now
UC Construction not only builds our Fitzpatrick homes, but we also take on a wide variety of large-scale construction projects for both residential and commercial clients. Our construction history began in 1963, when Joseph Fitzpatrick built and refurbished homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since then, our expertise has only grown. UC Construction’s ventures have included apartment communities, condo complexes, multi-family homes, shopping plazas, retail establishments, and other developments throughout Northern and Southern California, including the Central Valley and San Diego County.
